Terrible voice acting in games

i'll defend time crisis, the game was made in 1995 very few games had voice acting (so the bad voice acting is acceptable)
0 and its one of my favourite games :p
 
That new Rambo game has some terrible voice acting :D It sounds like it's been taken out of the movies!

The issue with that though is that I personally don't know enough of those accents to tell if they're good or bad. It's like Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins, apparently the worst cockney accent in the world, but it sounded pretty good to me :p So I guess if you're uncultured you won't mind bad voice acting that much :D
 
It wasn't so much that it was bad it was just highly stereotypical and melodramatic and, coupled with the amusing subtitles, quite hilarious. The VO in JC2 certainly is better than the Two Worlds stuff which sounded like some "nerds in a basement" did the voice work.

@ Snare: Of course, especially when you can have ridiculous fun in the multiplayer mod.

Just Cause was awesome technically but my lord the story telling and voice acting are horrendous.I know they were going for a slight comedic vibe but still it was terrebad.
