TF2 free on Steam this week

So who's gonna be joining on the F2P goodness?

I bought my copy during the insane Steam specials :D

Think I'll download and install today and play some tomorrow.

A LOT of new people played this weekend.
3 Full servers with a 4th filling up. Just fantastic.

Overtaken CS as the most played game on steam by quite a bit now.
Now to see how long it will last.

Please don't tell me you're considering playing CS over TF2. And no, CS still needs to be bought through Steam. Last I checked I think it was $20.
 
I think I will DL TF2 then before some people murder me. I just remember the good old days of CS1.6 at the lan. Was the good old EPIC days. I don't remember ever playing TF2. And why is it so damn big? 10GB!!!!!!!!

I think that 10GB includes the source engine files which you should already have if you own any other source game like DoD, CS Source, Gary's mod or whatever else. So it should be considerably less once it starts downloading.

If this is your first source game, however, then happy downloading! :D
 
loving it so far,i have the eternal reward dagger and the cloak and dagger watch.i managed to stab 8 guys trying to push the cart within 10 seconds.
