The Battlefield 3 Thread

Guys and girls... this game is going to be insane. But there are already SO MANY games coming out this year that are going to be insane. I'm saving up already, this year will be unforgettable! BF3 will be my drugs for some time.
 
Ditto on all the praise.

Also, this seems like its going to get released around the same time as another "NUMBER 3" in the series which may cause serious free-time-decaying situations.

Diablo 3.

Its a good thing I have faith in DICE and Blizzard, because "NUMBER 3"'s tend to suck.
 
I think BF3 will be my only next big game purchase this year and the mmo's next year.
Can't think of anything else that really excited for.

mmmm, to preorder now or not to preorder. It seems incredibly early.
Was hoping for a epic collectors edition with a figurine.
 
I just hope they sort out the stimpack "hack" issue. Most guys abuse it due to the lag factor and well run through any assault of bullets you throw at them. With the game going 30 vs 30 you can just imagine the lag..
