How accurate would you say this is, because I got that 420/450 would be enough for:

Sandy + 2x rams + 1x 560ti + 1x cdrom + 2x hdd + 2x case fans

Which sandy cpu?
Overclocked or not?

As long as its a high quality psu it'll be perfect. If you do plan on overclocking I would say a Good quality 550w.

Yip would be fine with a strong psu.
You'll see at the bottom of the list they mention the recomended psu's.
