What have you chosen to be your occupational path and why?

Me? Family Advocate

Why? There are those that need protection from the vultures of life.

I'm a software developer. I chose this path because I actually wanted to study 3D Modelling and Animation but my career counselor, parents and teachers said I should rather study something technical so I studied computer science. I don't regret the decision. My dream is to eventually release a game that I made on my own.
 
Originally wanted to be a cartoonist, then I realised I was lacking in the artistic department and don't have the patience for it. :'( Did IT at high school not because I wanted to pursue IT as a career, but because I wanted to do something different from the norm. I must say those were some of my most memorable moments :D
