The Chronicles of Spellborn Developer Goes Bankrupt, Frogster Announces Redevelopment

As the title says, not long after launch, the NA version of the game will end in its current form and the game will be relaunched as a microtransaction-based game in 2010. Rather sad another indie developer went under The game was great, albeit their launch hurt the game badly.

Dang, it was quite enjoyable the small amount I played. The world looked amazing, not suprising seeing most of it was created by Hourences who is well known in the Unreal world (He created Dm-Ranking). The gameply was also quite innovative.
Bandwith shortage for updates and poor availability of the game stopped me from going beyond the trial though.
