Reports have surfaced during The Division's beta that the game's netcode is easily exploited by players, opening the way for hackers aplenty.

I don't think its an entirely bad thing hacking was so prevalent in the Beta. Hopefully they will do something about it before the release now. It is kind of the whole point of a beta, to find out the issues before release.

How would you be certain? Some of the hacks are just making you have infinite ammo, not sure how noticeable that would be.

Depends on how much of a bullet sponge your character is

I think it would be noticeable that someone was up to shenanigans, everyone seemed to be on the up and up. I suppose someone could have been hacking, but then I'd say whats the point if it makes such a indiscernible difference.
