Yeah the patcher is really slow. I ended up copying the links from the log file and downloading it with IDM.

I'm going to give it another chance, however, if I find myself stuck on ridiculously slow loading screens or waiting for every second quest I do to be reset due to bugs, I'm going play something else. The previous test was incredibly frustrating.
