It was an Xbox 360 launch title, it was Bargain bin about 2 or so years ago.

It is going to be absolute torture waiting for this game. Oblivion is the one game that I have spent the most time (not sure how much, but probably something like 500 hours or even more) on in my entire gaming life. I'm pretty sure Skyrim will be the only game that can beat that.
