The Final List!

So I finalised the list of parts i'm going to be using for the Deus Ex build. Sadly, there will be no water cooling other than the AiO for the CPU as costs were simply prohibitively expensive for a custom loop and the hardware clocks in at just over R35k. Huge thumbs up to Wootware though! They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted at awesome prices.
Herewith the list then:

Asus Z170 Sabertooth Mark1
Intel i7-6700k
G.Skill Ripjaws TridentZ 32GB 3200MHz DDR4
Corsair H100i v2
Corsair RM850x PSU
Asus Strix GTX-1070-O8G
Samsung 850Evo 256GB SSD x2
Phanteks Evolv Enthoo ATX Tempered Glass
Thermaltake Riing Yellow x 8
Custom cabling by Beyond Customs

I'll post pics as soon as I get it all except for the RAM which is being ordered from overseas somewhere.

Sounds like an awesome rig!

It's a pity you couldn't co a custom watercooling loop, but I'm sure the AIO cooler will look great as well :)

Awesome rig. But a gaming rig for R35k without a GTX 1080? Or are you waiting for a TI ;)

Yeah, I'm not quite sure what to make of this build.

Edit: I get that the OP has an idea in his head of how the rig should look but when you're spending 35k on a rig there are just certain things you expect in a pc.

Something like that, yes :) As much as it's difficult to future-proof technology, I want the core components like mobo, CPU, etc. to last a good few years but the GPU will be upgraded a lot more frequently. For now, i'll upgrade to a 1070 SLI setup when the time comes and take it from there.
Oh, and water cooling :D

Ah, cool. Custom loop? It just looks so good when custom. But I will be too scared to move the PC.

Most definitely custom, yes. For now i'll use the Corsair H100 just until I have enough bucks to buy the water cooling stuff. Then i'll basically redo the build so that the features I put in now won't be lost when I add the cooling. Obviously i'll do things with the cooling in mind but I can't leave the spaces where it's all going to go empty.
