The Game Unlock Code

Shouldn't we go after them for false advertising then.

I mean, downloadable content (DLC) is miles apart from unlockable content - just my point of view.
 
A better way would be seen as "collectors edition where you can choose what you want included" for this included "DLC".

More annoying that DLC "unlocks" are insanely large patches (1GB+) you require to play online after the first week it was released.

So a name change would be more appropriate. They can't call it unlockable content cause many games have that already when you do things in the game you activate thing that werent avaible for the first play. We normal regard DLC as downloaded content, but they Developer could argue it could stand for disc locked content, making correct advertising in theory anyway.
 
ROFL I was like wft and almost reported this as spawn only to see its from the admin.

So how long till they have unlock cracks available for this kind of thinking?
 
It just wrong DLC should be free or at min cost as most of the exspense stuff was already developed.

Well there is different types of DLC as stated in the article and other posts, the kind thats more like mini expansions, and than theres the ripoffs that just unlocks something allready on the disc. The 1st type is 100% fine by me, I still prefer full expansions that can atleast fill up another disc, but thats just me.

But the rip-offs have no right to exsist.
