The most and least satisfying internet service providers

IMO:

Best ISP so far has been WebAfrica
Best mobile network so far has been VodaCom (in terms of service consistency).

I have changed to Crystal Web. WebAfrica used to great, but their support service has really slipped. Normally I wait at least 8 hours in order to get a response to my query, even for the automated response. But normally someone get's back to me around 12-18 hours later. It's all over the web how their support has gone downhill, they've even admitted it to me.

That is so odd for me, I get instant help from them, they even escalate telkom issues for me that it gets sorted in a day instead of a week.

I came from CrystalWeb, currently using Axxess.

it's been a week since I made a support ticket for my issues at crystalweb, no reply as yet. So gave my account away and went to axxess.

Used Webafrica once, their billing department have a reputation for making cockups
 
Unpopular opinion: Telkom fixed line ISP is actually pretty good*.

*Once I knew how to log faults effectively.
Calling the call centre is useless, do not even bother.
Create a twitter account and tweet + DM Telkom for problems.
No more being bounced between ISP and Telkom support when a fault occurs. :)
