Awesome....

My health is also dropping even though I have plenty of food and it is been eaten... How do I get that up?
 
Ja, it affects how much wellness you lose when moving.

Quality 1 -2 Wellness on travel
Quality 2 -1 Wellness on travel
Quality 3 No effect
Quality 4 +1 Wellness on travel
Quality 5 +2 Wellness on travel

I'm trying to Multitask and it just aint working out that well.

Trying to study ... not going too well

Looking up stuff for Eve Online ... also slow

Your wellness is low right now, 37, so you won't be able to fight when you reach level 5 (requires 40 wellness to fight). What you can do is get help by receiving gifts from friends which will increase your wellness by 1 for every Q1 gift received. You can also only receive a maximum of 10 wellness points a day from gifts. If you need some gifts for this, leave a post and we'll see if we can send some your way.

I'll now explain the quickest way to yet your wellness up to 100.

1. make sure you are living in a region with a Q5 hospital (Western Cape has one)
2. receive gifts from friends to get you up to 40 wellness.
3. fight once in any battle that you're able to (drop you down to 30 wellness)
4. heal at the hospital (heal up to 80 wellness)
5. the next day, fight 3 times (drop you down to 50 wellness)
6. heal at the hospital (heal up to 100 wellness)
7. you'll now be at 100 wellness and unless you do something silly, you'll remain between 90 to 100 wellness when fighting every day and healing afterwards.

Make sure to give them your referral link as you'll get 5 gold for free if they sign up and reach level 6.

You can find your referral link by clicking on the 'Community' menu item and going to 'Invite friends'.
