Ok so i just leveled up to lvl5 now im needing 35exp to get to lvl6

Well if you can find an active battle anywhere, that should take no time at all (every fight gets you 2 XP)

True that, but what eUSA did before the war was to get someone in Ireland to start a war in a US state then all Americans could fight in that battle to rake up xp and up their wellness, they called it war games. The state was never conquered by Ireland.

You don't start any .... you join them. But at the moment there are no battles happening
