eSA is crumbling again imo ....... wages are low, the rand is freefalling, no wars unless you're in the Armed Forces and can partake in wargames. So much for the government that was voted in :confused:

MH, I fired 2 fuckers this morning. one was @ 6.8 and other 10.1 this morning. :mad:
 
One thing I don't understand is must you be at 90+ only when you work or must you be in that region all the time? I got fired for working under 90 health twice, but the job never called for 90+ health in the first place. Now I'm working for minimum wage and cant afford to buy guns for now (least until I move back to eIndo). My hard worker medal is only 2 days away at least. :)
 
Owning a company we can see what ur productivity was, so can work out from there what ur wellness was :) So no u don't need to stay in the region all the time, only when u work
 
It's the best job I could find for my level in eSA after being fired. They also offer free food, but at 4 ZAR per day it's not worth it IMO. I think once I get my hard worker medal I'm gonna start looking for investment opportunities with my 10 gold. :)
 
dammit, i wonder why so many peeps is getting so little for raw materials...
And me had to choose to make bread... meh to that
 
Yeah guys, that's what pissed me off so much the other day. I can't quit my job until tomorrow so I have to hang around this pit for a little longer. I was earning a nice 18 ZAR before being let go.:(
 
below 90, productivity falls from on avg 15 to 12. So it's not a huge thing in that sense.. GM should've atleast sent you an e-mail telling u to be about 90 Wellness etc.
 
Yeah I know. Being fired without warning was pretty lame. Just checked and I can't resign until 10:53 tomorrow. Now is that 10:53 my time or eRepublik time? Maybe I should ask the guy to fire me.
