wtf is happening to all the ppl leaving eSA atmo

if you look at the user graph at http://www.ereptools.net/graph/userCount/South-Africa , you'll see we're actually steadily gaining citizens; bear in mind the that the drop this month was caused by our allies leaving the country (those who came to help us in the congress PTO attempt).

The eUSA is actually losing at the moment and they've been pushed back onto the defensive. At first, eRussia conquored quite a few original regions of the eUS which the eUS then took back. They unfortunately lost the attacking initiative in the Illinois battle which they lost, allowing eRussia to go on the attack once again. This means that as long as eRussia has an open battle against the eUS, the eUS can never attack eRussia. It's highly likely that eRussia will attack Florida tomorrow since this is a highly populated eUS region and one which is considered to be a fortress.

... see, I think a lot of people don't know that they have to click on a war that doesn't mention SA until you check the allies.

ye, it's a problem in the game and one which the developers need to work on; Plato doesn't tell you if one of your allies is involved in a war, only if your country is directly involved in a war. The thing is, the government did publicize that we'll be partaking in the SOL Malaysia-Philippines war games, so when ever you see an active battle involving those 2, you can fight.

what happens to companies that are in conquered regions?

If a company is conquered, you can no longer sell on the previous market; in fact you can't sell on any market unless you purchase an export license to the country which conquered you. The good thing is you can pick up a cheap export license for 5 gold (as opposed to the normal cost of an export license whcih is 20 gold). You also continue to pay your former employees in their previous salaries, but if you open job offers for new employees, you will pay in the conquered country's currency.

ie:
I lost my Q2 weapons company when Maine, eUS was conquered by eRussia.
I could no longer sell on the eUS market but I picked up a cheap export license to eRussia for 5 gold. I kept my employees and continued to pay them in USD, however I earned RUB from selling on the eRussia market. I therefore had to make sure that I converted my RUB to USD and kept investing USD in the company to be able to pay employees.

Yes I'm certain, otherwise another skill would be getting points. Isn't it? I have a feeling they fire me for not being at 90+ health when they check and not looking at my productivity which is always around 12 percent.

I got a feeling you're being fired for having eSouth African citizenship; it's common with them since we still have a lot of hatred for each other (unofficially of course).

lol, they won't give you citizenship to eIndonesia coming from eSouth Africa; and why would you want it anyway, do you not wish to participate in your own country's political system?

Whats the employment situation like in eSA atm?

Whilst we all are patriotic we also need to take our own progression into account. Since I moved to the Western Cape I have been able to save quite a bit and even invest some cash (I hope MH is making cash now!).
