That said though there is a MAJOR issue with Thermal Optics on the tanks
Mines show up as Heat Positive (making them Glow White on the ground)
This is obviously incorrect as unless the mines are using Uranium and giving off radiation, they shoudl be Pitch black on Thermal
Although this is an advantage in regards to mines, a major disadvantage to using Thermal Optics is that Smoke trails from Rockets and Javelin Missles also show up as Heat Positive (SO in a firefight you can't see anything)
And, for those wondering why I am able to kill you efectively with a tank, I use Thermal Optics on mine, its necessary considering I'm playing on Medium Settings on a 17 inch Laptop Monitor
