Its cooler here yes, but that's primarily due to a 60 knot "Breeze" coming in form the ocean

Stellenbosch is what I would imagine hell to be like. NEVER go for a beer in Stellies after class, sitting in an airconned pub. Going outside is so bad, the sudden temperature change can give you severe heatstroke
