The New New New SPAM Thread

So playing Dungeon Siege $, I mean Diablo III
Not too bad, but I have to say I miss the Sprites
 
Leoric it seems has gotten weaker with time, I recall killing him in Diablo 1 and it was epic, this time around a few shots and he was even deader than he was to start off with
Will someone please take both his feet so that he can never come back again
 
Well one thing I've come to like is my set of TinkerBell Wings and my matching Angelic Sabres
Although they are low level and not prone to do any serious damage, I do love my matching sets of swords :)

I haven't come across any unique items yet, I have one rare item but none of the Faded Golden Items that I used to kit myself in :(
 
The drops for Legendary items( that is what unique are now called) is broken, Blizzard is working on a patch to fix it. Also on normal mode drop rates are less than 30% or a third of what it should be in nightmare, items are also toned down for normal mode. To force you into replaying the game the good drops only start from Nightmare mode (2nd playtrough). So if you really want to play D3 and get nice items, play Nightmare/Hell or Inferno.
 
I don't see myself playing past one play through tbh, I'll gather what I can and make due but I won't be replaying the game 50 times to farm items

I played Diablo 2 Three times, and those were years apart and at LAN's not following one another for farming
This may appeal to the RPG players but to me as a core FPS Player it doesn't work out, scaling items like that is almost like forcing you to prestige twice before, oh wait that already works that way :/
 
Yeah, gets a bit stale. One play through is enough for now.

Now to wait for Borderlands 2 and the new MOH.
