The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

Here we go again...

You keep promising us a finale, but I don't see it happening for at least a few more years [emoji51]

Is that Boruto I see? [emoji50] , Glordit must be jubilant

Naruto does not interest me anymore, after what happened with Shipuuden. The general consensus is that Boruto is really good but it's early days still for the show, wait for the excitement to die down a little and people will eventually watch out of habit. I also have 933+ Shows/OVA's/ONA's/Films to catch up on. Perhaps one day I will find some time to watch it.

Anyone reading One Piece? Please lemme know when Whole Cake Island concludes. I've been avoiding reading it because I don't want to have to go through the anxiety of waiting for chapters. I'm also taking a bit of a break from the anime until it reaches the end of the same saga, or at the very least for as long as I can hold out.

I've finally watched Steins Gate. Talk about a deceptive tone, and a whole bunch of emotional manipulation. But damn, I loved it

Pretty dope right? I was pleasantly surprised when I watched it. I had it for a few years (then lost it & countless others when my drive died) but only watched it some time ago. It's one of my favourites.

Zero willpower , read all the chapters I skipped last night & this morning, it was awesome AF! No regrets!

Dialogue was complex, it made my head spin and gave me a headache. I stopped after 1st Ep

It's really good man. Even if you don't end up loving it you'll be glad to have seen it. Watch an episode every few days and I can promise you'll end up watching it all in less than a week.

There's a point where the tone makes a gear shift and you're like wow

Takes a while to actually start going somewhere. The initial episodes are vital, albeit somewhat slow, as it builds up the foundation of the plot, which is vital to the whole story.

Looks like Nyaa is down for good this time. Taking with it, quite a few other sites. According to Dao/Snowfag the database was simply... deleted.

Pretty much everyone is saying it may be gone for good, I've never actually used it but I expect there'll be a large void left

There will be a replacement soon(ish), there has been speak of forming a new tracker, since nyaa was so popular. There is still Tokyo Toshokan, but it's a index, not a tracker. So it's basically dead too.
