higurashis is one of the best horror anime available.
The innocent art is perfect contrast with the premise and horror.

Did watch the first season of higurashi abit syco for my taste busy watching giant killing if you like soccer and the story isn't half bad

horror's probably my least favourite genre.. hell girl season 1 was pretty awesome though..
 
One Piece is great, I never wanted to watch it because the animation looked like crap to me. But a buddy said just watch it, so I did and it rocks your socks off.

I still need to watch again from 400 since I don't have anything past that.

But it has been running for 10 years+ and it is a great show. And always a good laugh.
 
I am not a fan for ongoing series.
It just means that the storyline gets too convoluted and fillers are required.

so you not a fan of watching naruto naruto?
one piece is awesome! although lately just keep up with the manga.. i started with the anime and skipped the fillers but once i reached a point just picked up on manga and now watch episodes on/off
if you like one piece, i find fairy tail entertaining as well..
 
My favorite anime is Naruto mind you the only anime that I have watched is Death Note, Naruto, Beck and Ippo.
 
Bleach and Naruto here. Minus the fillers. Well, Bleach Bount fillers were pretty decent. Naruto fillers on the other hand, are enough to make me cut myself.

I watched the main arc of Naruto (1-140)
Was amazing and great and wonderful etc...but I have other anime to watch...a lot of other anime.
And I can only take so much of the Naruto & co. antics.

Yep, but even then...it gets a bit much for me.
This is a personal opinion though.

i enjoyed the naruto fillers more.. besides the decent bleach fillers.. the others are total rubbish,even worse than naruto's!
@simon did you watch ippo new challenger as well?

Anyway..
watched steins gate episode 8. pretty amusing and awesome!
