The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

I'm not too sure what Naruto's about...

I have the xbox360 game though that my boet brought me along with Naruto / DBZ action figures from Shanghai. very weird.
 
Naruto is the type of anime that converts non anime people into actually watching it, IT'S THAT GOOD. I've gotten so many people hooked onto Naruto and therefore hooked on anime it's not funny.

hmmm ... I'll have to watch some of the disks he has here.

I'm by no means an anime fan, but I have the following in my collection that I inherited:

- Ninja Scrolls (My absolute favourite)
- Ghost in the shell
- Akira (excellent for its time, just a tad drawn out)

Other older ones I enjoyed were:
- Bionic 6
- Macross Zero
and of course
- Robotech
 
Maybe I must check out this Naruto business.

I keep hearing the name being thrown around, either in games or forums that have nothing to do with anime.
Seems like there's something to know. I feel in the dark when people rip it off and I don't know why :D
 
The whole Akutski arc is just brilliant isn't it! So many episodes in and Naruto is still my favourite anime :D. Can't wait to see what you saw. @lilDeath do check it out, Naruto is teh awesomeness.

Q: How many dragonball-Z characters does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Just 1, but it takes him 3 episodes to do it.

Well...Dragonball Z is shorter than Naruto. I don't like either. Too long.
 
Naruto may go on for long, but it gets to the point WAY faster than DBZ that takes 30 episodes to finish one fight.

Hi every one, I'm new to the thread and forum, and so happy to see likewise anime fan. Me I pretty much like a bit of everything. From my head my favs atm is One Piece, Naruto, Full metal Panic, Full Metal Alchemist, azumango diah, lovely complex, and then i love my dark anime stories, the latest one that i watched was, Garei Zero. Oja and I have a good collection of anime as well, and I dont mind sharing.
 
Just out of curiousity, has anybody watched the Death Note live action movies? and what did you think of them? I must admit I am ambigious about them myself, I dont know if I liked them or not. It does seem to depend on whether you have seen the anime or read the manga.
 
the death note real life movie in my opinion is different from the anime series. My impression was how about we use the death note character 'L' and have him solve a case. the death book was maybe used once and only 'L' and his butler that i know was in the movie( talking under correction, as its been quite a while i saw it as my hdd crashed with my eastern movie colection). I suggest sticking with the anime
 
I have to admit I really enjoyed the anime, the movies may have been different for me if I hadnt seen the anime first. Still, I did like the Shinigami, they were seriously creepy.

I saw bits of the Death Note real action movies and was turned off a bit by it.

Prefer the anime, but then again, haven't kept up to date with DN.
Bleach been taking up all of my time :o :D
