The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

Started watching Persona4, loved the PS2 game so I am right at home with this one.

Also... Gundam Unicorn Episode 6
OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!

Looks like this is going to be a busy season for me - picked up 9 new series this weekend, and there are a couple more coming :)

If I slow down I fall behind. Wouldn't want that now, would we? :p

9TB's of Hard drive space says I can slow down. :D

The slower I go, the longer this list gets :p

HD-space is a bit of a concern atm, but once I have everything properly catalogued I should be able to clear a bit of space.

Anyone watched Redline or know how it is?

Watch it. Now. You'll be blown away by the visuals alone, the story left a few things to be desired but it was such a awesome movie you can forgive it.

The art style has a hybrid 80's slash pop art feel to it. With a lot of colour and shading as well as use of dark tones to make it stand out much more.

I don’t even know what the f**k to think about this show. It’s like a mixture of Code Geass + WWII + GUNDAM SEED + Power Rangers.

From what I understand in episode 1, we have Space Nazis of the Thrid Galactic Reich in space (who apparently speak German) terrorizing people with their large military. The boy in this show goes pilot Valvrave the Liberator to liberate the space jews (homage to glorious America? IDK), during which he makes a contract with some CC-like girl who grants him Vampire/Werewolf-Geass like powers. In the OP we also learn there’s a green/blue/yellow/purple Valvrave (possibly different modes of the original Valvrave). Enjoy.

I quite enjoy GG's comments sometimes.
Plus it's the "Code Geass + WWII + GUNDAM SEED + Power Rangers" I've been wanting since Gundam AGE was a clusterfuk...

I'm passing on it. I've got enough new shows to watch so I don't feel the need to pick up a mecha show to fill any gaps. Also busy with D Gray-man, since I haven't watched that yet.

If there's one show I'm disappointed in, it's AIURA. Not because it's bad - on the contrary, it's actually pretty good, and well animated. The problem is, it's a 4 minute short, with a 1:30 OP, and 30-sec ED, which means a total of 2 minutes of actual anime. Just the bits I've seen shows that this series in its current form is a missed opportunity.

Similar to: Haiyoru! Nyaruani: Remember My Love.
Running time: 5 minutes per episode
That left about 2 mins of show time.
