The Photoshop Challenge Thread

It appears we have quite a few creative people here, so I though it might be a good idea to create a thread like this. We'll post pictures, and the goal is to manipulate it in funny and creative ways. Both good and bad Photoshops are welcome, as long as they are creative and/or funny

The theme for this week, and possibly the next 2 weeks is Halloween.

I'll start with the Halloween avatars I've made so far, everyone is welcome to add theirs.

Please don't post other people's work, only stuff you manipulated yourself.
