Yeah fully. Also why can't we have mini (much less efficient obviously) ones to heat our household water? So it just heats on the hot water pipe or something only as it comes out?

Dude, I said a mini one thats much less efficient...meaning, tone it down to a usable temperature.

The average pocket magnifying glass can generate temperatures as high as 300 degrees celcius at it's focal point... even at that small scale, the water would come out as steam!
