The problem with buying games on Steam and other app stores

Alarmist nonsense, despite saying otherwise in the article.

You can take off your hysteria pants. Steam, GoG and more than like Origin, are not going anywhere anytime soon. Quoting fringe cases from tiny platforms that never established a proper foothold in the first place is not exactly evidence that you should start panicking.
