Here's a handy tool.
Hiren's boot cd

I've used that a few times to hack Windows passwords when people forget them. You can even change the Administrator password. Lots of other handy tools on there as well.

Last time i checked, they had not updated to Windows 7 - i might be very wrong but will add it to the list.

Oh, also very handy but not free is Redgate SQL Compare. It compares and syncronises the structure of SQL databases.

They also have various suites of tools, very expensive though. I also use the SQL Prompt and Data Compare, but the SQL Compare is really handy.

I like that i created this thread, 1 of the engineers upstairs was talking about that about a month ago.
