no clue what is wrong. phoned bank and they say everything is ok, but i still get this error regardless how correct the information is or the fact that it worked perfectly 1 week prior to my new card.

Well, I get that, but I just thought it would be interesting for everyone to see exactly how many titles some guys have purchased. And its not like im bragging about something i've achieved. I just happen to know a guy who knows a guy who has a brother. But since you seem to feel inferior by a post referring to someone whom I just said i'd ask to post, go figure.

i've created another steam account and that worked fine with my cc. odd. o well going to retry my account exactly as the new one is. otherwise i'm still waiting for steam support
