I played only about 3 levels before I simply couldn't go on. It's just the type of game that's so boring, I don't know how to force myself to sit through it.

Max Payne 1 & 2 @ 75% off... Approx R30

I copied Max Payne back in 2000 I think... guess now would be a good time to get them legally

Yes Max Payne works fine on Windows 7. I don't recall having any compatibiity problems with it. Although, I do remeber some problem with the menu. Nothing that prevents one from playing the game.

problem is will it run on windows 7

It works, but there are some things you need to do to fix the mouse and audio glitches for Max Payne1. Just go to Steam's forums for Max Payne. There's a couple of stickies there with all the info and files you need.

If you own Batman Arkham Asylum on Steam you can get Arkham City for 20% off ($39.99). Unfortunately that only makes it slightly cheaper than local online stores, but it might be worth it for some.

GTA 1 and 2 are also included in the first link...but not listed for some reason. They show up in the Steam library if you buy it & thats what matters.

I have purchased San Andreas only. R8 to the dollar is starting to have a somewhat crappy effect on expenditure.

Indeed, it's brought my expenditure on Steam sales down a lot as well. It's a wonder Steam hasn't started employing a system for us that works in our own currency, but then again, if they did that we might start seeing the same prices as on Origin.

We would wind up with prices like Origins. Of course the nice thing is, that when the exchange rate decreases we would wind up with some alright deals. Steam specials are awesome, let's hope the dollah isn't too expensive when the specials come along closer to the end of this year.
