Weird, might be something else then. It clearly says sorry not in your region, looking at the store page.

Yeah, telling me it's not available here either, but I think it might be another game in the pack itself that's causing it. I can search and find Arkham City just fine.
 
Might have been made unavailable to us later. LA Noire was on the Steam Store for us for quite a while before it got removed.
 
Already bought me 4 games. Hate these sales. Now I know what my wife feels like when she walks into a mall and there are all these sales!

Brink
Darksiders
Fallout 3 GOTY
Fallout New Vegas UE
LA Noire (via amazon download code though, cause it's not available in our region GG steam...)
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 Bundle
Machinarium
Max Payne 3
Monkey Island Bundle
Portal 1 & 2 Bundle

That's about $100 give or take. Much more than anticipated unfortunately.

I don't think steam sets the restrictions though. It must be Rockstar.
