I would rather cringe at poor Wlad buying Cartel (and Bodycount) on release rather than the poor grammar.

Yes it was, it was just the same old shit over and over. Shot that guy, slide, kick, whip, blow up. And dont even get me started on the "plot"

That's pretty much more than most shooters do. Most are simply point, click, shoot, go.

Either way, it's one of my most loved games of 2011. I loved every ridiculous second of it. The devs put a lot of love into developing their game, and it shows. In fact, now that you mention it, I think I should go play it again.

Am I the only one that played none of the games mention in this list? Or was it my luck that non of those actually interest me besides DNF, but didnt buy it after reading a few reviews.

I didn't buy anyone of those games but I did try out some of the demo's.

I personally think that Bulletstorm was a pretty fun, although completely meaningless game. It's almost like the Transformers movies. If you want lots of action, shooting and killing, it's there, but that's pretty much all that it has.
