Ooh we just had a really pathetic customer who is white complaining that I am racist. I am the whitest person ever.

Here is the story of how it happened
Customer A (customer who made the complaint) wanted to use the internet, paid for 1 hour and asked if number 7's mouse was ok. I told him that the mouse was ok, however since his last usage the mouse had not been changed so he should use number 5. Customer A, opens Mozilla Firefox once and opens Google Chrome 11 times. Computer stops responding due to trying to load the browser so I closed it all and moved him to number 1.

Meanwhile at PC 2 there was a customer (Customer B) (black customer) who was using the internet while chatting to his friend who was sitting at number 3.

Customer A, when moved made no complaint about sitting at number 1.

Eventually (about 5 minutes before going) PC 2's friend leaves. Customer A turns to Customer B and tells him, "Do you ever stop talking?" Customer B replies, "What do you mean?" Customer A says, "Well the whole time, you two were talking loudly while I was here." Customer A starts getting angry with customer B and Toni walks up to them and asks them both to calm down as there were other customers in the shop.
Customer B finishes his time and walks out. Toni apologized to Customer B about the rudeness of Customer A, and then Customer A comes outside and gets upset with Toni because Toni made no attempt to apologize to him. Customer B apologized to Customer A and drove off.
Customer A, after shouting inside the shop and outside then got upset with us because we made no attempt to as Customer B and his friend to stop talking and that an Internet Cafe is like a library where there should be no noise. As you are aware Breakers is and never has been like that due to music playing and people chatting to their friends on skype so there is always a certain level of noise going on.
Customer A then goes back to his computer and uses up the remainder of his paid for time. Once finished he comes to the front and asks if I would be making an apology to him. I told him unfortunately not and was about to explain the reasons.

Then he starts, "Do you know why you apologized to him and not me, it is because I am white and he is black. You know white people are being treated like this and I spit on you 2, you are kids and I am a 55 year old Afrikaaner and I should be manager here. I do not have a job and I should work here instead. I am manager here and not you.
Toni then told him to leave, and he carried on ranting and raving. Toni then shouted a him to leave.

He walked out and shouted he would take this to the newspapers and shouted, "You are racist, RACIST, this place is RACIST!."

Work idiot is starting to piss the boss off.

He is constantly since he started working here, been moaning about how old our copier is (which is working 100%) and how we need this prog and that prog.

Today I had the guy out here to service the copier again cos they where moaning about marks on the page. So he cleans the inside of the machine, and the idiot starts going on about how we need a new one. (the boss doesnt hear this tho) The idiot then sends the techie to our boss to get him to sell us a newer copier that is secondhand - at R60k. So not gonna happen.

Boss basically chases techie away.

The idiot waits till now and goes and tries to convince the boss to get a new copier cos this one is to old.

R60k is 6months of the idiots salary just about - more like 4 or 5 tbh. So the boss told him fine I will get a new copier

You work for free then until its paid off. Especialy since we have 4 clients refusing to pay their fees = claiming they didnt know it will cost so much to draw up plans. Even though he tells them before we start working on a project what it can and will cost them.
