man i hate my boss..., please hold thumbs for me this afternoon that i get this job interview im going to.

my boss has no sommer decided that this stupid useless assistant needs to be shown how to write fees, yet she doesnt even know how the whole summons process works yet.... and i still have to check her sh!t as well!

Well wenz you gotta look at it from two sides, firstly he's teaching you management skills for when you control a team of people and secondly it sucks because you're practically babysitting people, so you have to look at it from both ends...

yeah i know but this affects my incentive earnings. i havent seen a new matter in 2 weeks cause we have to give them to her...yet they dont want to give me a raise to compensate...

Well this is where you tell them that you take no responsibility for her until you are compensated for managing her. Technically speaking it's not in your contract that stipulates you having to manage anyone so you should be given more for doing so.
