Whats wrong btw?
My WA seems to be working really well.
Been having issues with their uncapped service for the last couple of weeks now, browsing is mostly fine (some sites take a bit long to open), Youtube buffers quite a bit more than it should on my 4mb line and then international gaming is just pointless

Log into Star Wars and I sit with a ping of 176ms which is great, then about 30 seconds later I start getting spikes. It will jump to 3s then back to 170ms and then start climbing the ladder until I am disconnected.
Oddly I can ping the game servers fine at an average of 190ms over 100 ping requests. But gaming just aint happening.
Also if we do speedtest runs to London, we score between 1mb and 1.8mb max downloads regardless of when the test is done. Asked a friend who uses Mweb to do the same test at the same time as me, he gets 3.5mb.
So far the only responses are ones designed to try and placate the masses experiencing the issue instead of anything helpful. I'd settle for someone just being honest and saying there is a problem and they really have no idea what is causing it.
Starting to contemplate moving to Mweb and testing their services for a month, but I don't really want to leave WA since they had been great up until December last year.
@ Syco, just revoke pc access for her ?
