All the people generate a lot of heat. It's usually 25 - 30 on the underground, even in the heart of winter. So after getting soaked by the rain I dry off in 10 minutes or less.

Humidity like that can kill you....in Canada is quite common that inside needs to be airconed (like Airports) dude to humidity that builds up inside
