Howzit guys!

I now own fishies. GF wanted a dog, but we can't really get one where we are staying now...so I got here some fishies instead. Close enough.

EDIT: And then the fishies killed the TK.

Hehehe The view is amazing from up there I have to admit. I just struggle to get up there and then down again. Strangely enough my fear of heights is fine as long as I dont wander to close to the edge. Oh and as long as its not to windy.

well there was a guy freeclimbing the mountain, without any safety ropes, cams etc. one slip and it would have been bye bye for him.

lol funny how the 9iron is still coming back to haunt me....my short game is what cost me my golf game on saturday
 
TheAvenged - can you post a pic of your algae eater - simply want to check that it's not a siamese algae eater. For the comet - add loads of floating plants - hornwort or the other one (cant remember the name - they are the cheapies - R2 a string) your comet will munch on this :D Good source of food. When did you set up the tank and how - I have to ask otherwise you might loose your fishies if it wasnt done correctly.

Hehehe thanks for the tips Wyvie. I follow instructions from the pet shop (being a n00b at this). First off, I wiped out the tank and poured about 3/4 of water into it and waited a while until it became room temp. There was some treatment drops (aqua something) that removes harmful chemicals from the water, which I mixed it (5ml). I assembled the pump and placed it in there (leaving adequate spaces between it and the glass, so that fishies don't get stuck in there).

After about 10mins or so (until the drops were well mixed it with the water, I released them in into the tank with some of the water that they came in (was treated at the pet store). The tank is placed on a corner table that does get sunlight, but not so much as to be intense. Anything else that I need to tell you? Will go home just now to pick up some lunch, then I'll snap a pic of the algae eater.

you also get to go for free if it's your b'day. If weather is kuck you have a few days to redeem it.
Gonna make use of it for my b'day this year - I haven't been on it since it was the old cable car and it only cost R2. TWO RAND!!
