Had a rough start with FNB last week but it turns out it was because I have a Discovery Credit Card. Couldn't load new profile via the online application system.
Got a call from one of their guys on Sat morning, boy was I pleasantly surprised by this chap! Could speak coherently, could explain each step, could provide things in terms I can keep up with, didn't need to repeat every fracking thing to get my info updated either.
Took about 15mins to do the application and get registered for everything. Now I just wait for my cards to be delivered and then I can move all my transactions over.
It is a bit of a schlep filling in all the forms for the debit orders etc but in the end they load everything so I don't have to do that bit.
