In the long run it's worth it, and the peeps at FNB are extremely helpful. The one oke check my application and he said "ok I see you did an online application, it's only half completed" so I was like "I completed it but it gave me an error". He scraped the entire thing and said right lets do this together and he fixed the whole thing through their program and said it's all done and dusted.

It took 8minutes!! And absa spoke to me like I was a fscking child. The woman said on the left there is recurring payments and I said no there isn't and she said it's there just look and I'm like WTF chick, I'm not fscking IT Handicapped. So I gave her the list I saw and she was just like eish, then click on enquiries and it should be there and again I said no it's not. She even had the audacity to ask me if I went to www.absa.co.za and click on logon. I said to her that shes a fscking retard, and all I wanted was a list of all my stop order beneficiaries, and I said that it's because of a retarded bank like that, I'm moving to FNB.

Are you moving your beneficiaries and debit orders or are you letting the do it. I have the form to complete but that looks like too much effort, i would rather just reload them myself.

Ag They can do it for me, I don't have a problem and I've only got 4 beneficiaries to sort out. My Credit card is new with FNB, all I have is my Cellphone contract, my life policy and medical aid and ofcourse "my rent and car payments" <----combined payments into one which is easier. :p
