LOL Dohc! Its true hence the hair colour change :P But then again I have been going red since after high school -so I actually can't remember my original hair colour :P
 
So i got told yesterday that i am being put on a fixed salary from the end of this month.. they are basically taking away my incentive that i got every month and giving me an average of my last 6 months salary... this i am not to unhappy with. what i am unhappy with is the fact that they do not want to give me a raise and that they are rounding my salary of to the nearest thousand... so im actually getting less than what the average is...

i need to find other employment soon....
