i cant believe they wanted to offer you 4k for a PA job its ridiculous....thats what people in the east rand usually get paid. i thought Cape town was pretty much on par with Jhb....

Wenzie Im at the point of giving up. That is the frustrating bit, about 80% of the jobs are now in that price range. The rest is not so bad between 10 - 15k plus benefits. But that is only IF I get lucky and yea have a miracle happen.

Do you require benefits though? very few PA type jobs offer you benefits as part of your package(except if you find a job at a big company). have you applied at bigish companies (like Discovery, Investec, Law firms?)

I dont need the benefits - I only look for it when they offer me R4 000
