I agree with that statement , I seriously struggled... I could have easily have slept for another 4hours or something

Its because of the sun not being fully up yet, I have the same issue. In High summer the sun is up at 4:30 or 5 already so when my alarm goes off the room is light, I kick my feet out and get up no issue. Now as we get closer to winter where the sun doesn't peak out until 6 or, in the heart of winter, 8, getting up is a massive issue.
