I probably wouldn't have bought Diablo 3 any way. Not keen on having a game use my internet connection all of the time...gameplay was kinda laggy too, and well let's just say that my connectivity has been deteriorating anyway.
All Telkom can do is reset my port.

Beta may have been laggy due to US servers, I got lag on a 17mb line. But fair enough.
