Long story short:

They ripped out fixtures and patch painted the walls with wrong color paint.
Patio, garage, office leaks when it rains and is damaged. Owner promised to fix it, now is refusing.
We discovered a burst hot water pipe in the kitchen cupboard that spans to the bathroom. Massive issue. Owner refusing responsibility.
Borehole we were told time and time again works, it doesn't.
about 8 windows were broken, owner fixed one and left the rest.

There are a few other issues.

My weeks are going faster, I can't believe its May or that I've been working here for 6 Months and on the 9th of July I will have been in the UK a year. :O

Jeez, already a year. Doesn't seem that long.

Although, now that I think about it. I've been paying off the homeloan for a year now.
