If you have the client I think you hit F5 while in game. I added the gametime manually since Im playing on Mac. You can search diablo 3 on the ratpr website and then manually add it to your collection.

Last time I checked it seemed that all issues have been mostly fixed and people can now log in without issue.

Yeh James was saying that the servers were crashing frequently yesterday.
