I slept until 9/10am everymorning over the weekend so I am actually not that tired at all. A bit pissy that my invoice hasn't been paid, again because our useless Ugandan accountant is fucking useless. I was suppose to buy the tickets to Germany this morning.

Lucky you. I got saturday off, wife went to her sisters kids party which I refused to go to. Fucking HATE her sister.

Yeah, second week in a row. At least my boss is pretty fuming about it also.
 
Oh my lordy, i was just told by my boss that if i stick around for another year i can get a substantially large sum of money from him to stay at the end of next month... i wonder what a substantially large sum is

well it depends on the sum of money and if all the issues i have can get sorted. we are having that company weekend next month so we shall see then. (and this sum of money is not coming from the company its coming from my boss out of his own pocket

NO, this is the nice boss. he has money like weeds and no wife or kids to spend it on. so he generally buys us stuff every now and again. but he doesn want me to leave so he will give me more money to stay and he will sort out all my grieviences.

You are the law student here, try and look at it impartially. Money under the table like that sends alarmbells-a-ringing for me. Nice or not. Have them give it too you as a once of bonus on the books and its a different story but just like that.... I dunno. Feels wrong.

there is going to be an agreement between me and the boss that i will stay on at our company for 12 months from date of receipt of the "bonus".
