Well it may not work but best thing I found was to force myself to feel positive. It lasted only a few months until I eventually got so fed up I resigned but hey who knows.

Thats probably the one think you DONT want to do. Especially considering how big of a ass your old boss was before you left. You would feel like you came crawling back. Stick it out where you are now, Move here or find something else.
