Im on 16 now slowly getting there but gettign a bit confused about where i should be questing now

They gave out cap?

Dont forget that the Steam server is still in beta. But yeah, it sure is taking some time to get the damn thing up to speed. It just seems to sync with the international Steam servers too slowly, new games that have just been released might not be on there. But also, if the content is not on the WA Steam server it patches you through to an international server which is still Freezoned. So either way it should still download.
