Get hold of some books thats the best place to start.
does anyone know if it is at all possible for me to get like a docking station for my laptop? as the IT guy says he is not sure if i can get one... i have an XPS M1530...
I have several, several good ones. I found my problem was that i need to learn as I go. Just spitting the facts at me does nothing but give me something to do, something to create, and the juices flow. Everything i know about coding in VBA i taught myself through trail and error. I couple of examples on the net and alot of blood, sweat and tears. Its like i need a goal to work towards and those stupid "Hello World" Apps annoy me.
Awesome Laptop is AWESOME!
Check the dell website, it should be able to tell u.
jip i agree. i hate having to go through a manual to learn something. i have a visually stimulated mind....I could never learn from books, hated it. I pick stuff a lot quicker if I see it happening or someone shows me how to do it.

yo. Dunno, haven't read in a while, I like the pages to add up and read them in batches.
Omega, can't remember but what were your thoughts on Heavy Rain, finished it this weekend.
Edit: Are there any cool co op games out / coming out we can play?
I enjoyed Heavy Rain, It was a very emotional game. But not a game in the traditional sense of the word. As a game game it sucks but as a experiment in interactive cinema or story telling it worked beautifully.
As for co-op... Halo Reach in september and Brink. Until then its a pretty bland couple of months. Ill be keeping myself busy with WOW, GOWIII and maybe, if im lucky, ModNation or Alpha Protocol.
i checked the website now and since my laptop is catered more to multimedia so they dont offer any products such as docking stations for my make of laptop. so it will have to be some generic whooha thingy then....Awesome Laptop is AWESOME!

Very emotional! My god I wanted to cry most of the time
I guess being a parent makes it a little more emotional.
Yeah Brink sounds cool very keen on that.
Thinking of starting either Killzone 2, GOW 2 or Heavenly sword on PS3, not sure which, might just have to close my eyes and pick.
