Ag no man omega that sucks so now you have to go and focus on the main story. You better get started this game has a lot of hours in it if you want to explore more of the stories.

Im already in novac so I cant Imagine the main quest taking me more than another 10 or so hours. Ive done a few side quests already and will see if I have time for some more. Is the main quest long?

it was kinda slow but after a few attempts i managed to successfully dl pinball fx2 which is pretty orsome. now to buy some points to unlock some of the tables
 
The main main quest is not that long but you will find that the branching quest does affect it a lot more than in fo3. I am not sure if the diffucaly will scale down with being a lower level in the end battle. I am interested in what you going to say about the end battle.

I checked and was no achievement for completing the game on hard or veryhard only for Hardcore mode so if all else fails Ill just dail the difficulty down to normal or something. Playing on Hard, Hardcore mode. Not really "Hard" more the fucking shooting mechanics that still blow chunks.
 
Yeah the achievements are just there for the sake of achievements. Nothing that I have seen indicated anything hard to get.

The shooting mechanics, outside of V.A.T.S, is pure fail. You try and play it like Halo or Borderlands which is why you never have ammo or money. A couple of times last night i was out of AP points with enemies aplenty and went to aiming down the iron sites route and boy did that suck.

Yeah totally, but as mentioned you can't play this game like a FPS. I think that's where I failed. Going to try get into it again. I am determined! :p

Well that is true it is still a far cry from what it should be for a game that leasn so heavily on its gun combat. Vega's downfall is its lack of polish and the Engine. Yes the engine still looks decent enought but if you take the time to think that its basically running the same engine as Oblivion its painfully obvious that it time for a new engine.

Just use vats, dont even bother going regular and until level 4 or so dont go looking for fights.
