Morning Spooner and Wenz

Hey dude.

Morning all.

Is it thursday or friday today?

Thursday but Friday :)

Whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooos a

Somehow the boss managed to infect his pc with a fake microsoft security alert virus. So far I cant even get malwarebytes to install to attempt to remove the virus. All the office pc's have the full version of Panda on it (paid for ones) cant run that either.

I am this close ..... to having a hissy fit. . . . .

Morning everyone

How or what do I do? Cos in safemode I cant even open anything?

Wyvern, go into safe mode. Then in the run line, type msconfig. That should open!

Then go look through those tabs, somewhere in there is a menu where you can select which services and applications run at startup. Look for any dodgy stuff and take it off. Then, if you find anything dodgy, like 1dgadfg.exe, search for the exe and go delete it.

It can get quite tedious trying to delete a virus, but if you can get the main bastard, you will at least be able to install your AV.

Tooks, Ive actually decided to punish the boss and to leave the virus removal to our IT guy who will come pick up his pc in a bit. He can access his emails via his phone so hes not stuck on that. Hes just not going to have his pc for a while and it serves the idiot right for getting this virus on there. We run Panda Endpoint the full licensed version and so far its been great. Unfortunately I have an idiot for a boss who clicks on everything. I suspect he got it on the pc last nite after I left work.

Don't you just love them idiots!

HAHAHAHA!! Did you rage it a up a bit this morning? I can't really imagine you getting road rage ha ha!

I was fifth in line to turn right, the oncoming road was exclusively a bus lane but all normal cars kept going straight so the guy up front couldn't take the gap to turn. So at the next robot I move out the line into the oncoming bus lane and there is this surprised dude coming towards me. I start motioning him to back up. Then the guy that was waiting up front rolls down his window and says what are you doing? I've been waiting here 15 minutes. I say to him, then you're an idiot none of these people should be driving here. So eventually the guys who's way I drove into backs away and I drive through the gap. And what do I see, a bloody cop goes to talk to the guy who's way I blocked. ROFL also the fool that told me he was waiting there 15 minutes let slip that he was a cop. Anyway he carried on waiting there.

Morning Kids!!

Alright kids my ticket is booked and im comin down to CT on Tuesday!! Whos ready for some Syco action?? :p :D

I have now created a new administrator user, and managed to install Malware via that. Now its running in safemode on the new user. Couldnt get it to do anything not even open task manager on the regular user even in safemode . . .
